Payment & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling
| Policy | Details |

| Rescheduling | You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours notice. Rescheduled sessions must be used within the same month. |
| Cancellations | Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the session fee. No-shows (without prior notice) will be charged full session fee. |
| Refunds | Refunds are only provided if sessions are cancelled with at least 48 hours notice for prepaid packages. Unused prepaid sessions can be credited for future use within 3 months. |
